What does my Advocate actually see?
Only when you miss a check-in: your address, any gate code or access notes you shared, and your pet's care information. Before a missed check-in, they see nothing.
Can I change my check-in time?
Yes — anytime from your dashboard. We use your local timezone, so 8 AM means 8 AM where you live, not where our servers are.
What if I travel?
Pause or reschedule from your dashboard. We pick right back up when you return. Snooze for a single day or a whole vacation.
How do I cancel?
